	Disclaimer In the event of an accident or illness and I cannot be contacted, the school principal or his/her delegate has my permission to seek medical attention for my child as required.

We will email you a Registration ID after you submit the form (check your spam folder too).
Please bring your child to the school for a placement assessment on our designated annual registration day or a Saturday during term time (10:00–11:00 am or 2:00–3:00 pm). Remember to have your Registration ID with you at the time of assessment.
